ELR enables employees to effortlessly access training from external providers, eliminating cumbersome and time-consuming procedures. Our implementation ensures the process is straightforward and efficient.
1. Collection of Provider and Course Data: Employees input the relevant information about external training providers and desired courses into the app.
2. Submitting the Request: The request is submitted through the app and becomes available to the manager in SuccessFactors as a standard workflow.
3. Approval by the Manager: The manager reviews and approves the training request. They can customize the workflow and, if necessary, forward it to the training administrator for booking.
4. Participation in Training: The employee participates in the approved training and records the result (passed or failed) in the app.
